Volker Blumentritt

Volker Blumentritt ( born June 16, 1946 in Jena ) is a German politician (SPD) and former Member of the German Bundestag.

Life and career

After attending the Polytechnic High School Blumentritt graduated from 1963 to 1966 an apprenticeship as a cook and then made ​​up to 1969 his military service. After that, he was in his learned profession, in 1974 at the " Mitropa ", works. From 1990 to 2003 he was Chairman of the Works Council of Mitropa AG in Gera and Member of the Central Works.

Volker Blumentritt is married, lives separately and has two children.

Member of Parliament
