Volkswagen Iroc

The Volkswagen Iroc is a concept car and a styling study of the former Volkswagen designer Murat Günak. The former VW brand manager Wolfgang Bernhard presented the vehicle for the first time in August 2006 in a hangar of the airport Berlin -Tempelhof. In October of the same year the Iroc was on display at the Motor Show Mondial de l'Automobile in Paris. Based on this study has been available since mid- 2008 in Palmela ( Portugal) produced series model as a VW Scirocco ( Scirocco III).

Technology

The Volkswagen Iroc is a coupe with 4 seats (2 2 seater ). The name Iroc suggests its roots in the VW Scirocco - also a coupe - lie. The vehicle is 4.24 m long, 1.80 m wide and 1.40 m high; the wheelbase is 2.68 m.
