Von Graefe's sign
The Graefe sign ( also von Graefe 's sign) is a clinical sign of Graves' ophthalmopathy. Here, the upper eyelid is typically returned when lowering the gaze, so that increases in the exophthalmos of the cornea above the visible part of the sclera.
