Von Pfersfeld (Nobility)

The family of Pfersfeld or the Pfersfelder was a Frankish noble family.

History

The Pfersfelder are probably emerged as a line from the family of bulk of Trockau, the arms are broadly consistent. A kinship is thus also with the family of Lochner. Hartung Pfersfelder was abbot of the monastery Saint Emmeram (1452-1458), Dorothea Pfersfelder abbess of the monastery Sonnenfeld ( 1503-1515 ).

The shield is divided by silver and blue and wearing a red bar. On the helmet there are two buffalo horns with heron feathers. The helmet covers are silver and red.
