VOTA (formerly known as Casting Pearls ) is a Christian rock band from Lincoln, Nebraska (USA). Frontman Bryan Olesen, a former guitarist for the band Newsboys. Bassist is Case Maranville, drummer Scott Rutz, keyboards and second guitar plays Riley Friesen. With INO Records, the band is under contract.

Their first album brought out Vota 2004, " Casting Pearls ". 2009, the Group launched to coincide with the renaming of the band (to avoid confusion with the Christian group Casting Crowns ) their new album, Vota out.
