Vufind

VuFind one at Villanova University (USA) is developed as Open Source Software Discovery System ( Discovery engl. Discover ). It provides the user with a very simple search form ready and can be a conventional OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue ) to replace or even combine several OPACs and other sources.

VuFind (or Discovery systems in general ) is a component of Library 2.0 discussed (English Library 2.0, a concept for the future design of the library system ), but is also already in use.
