Wachirabarami District
Amphoe Wachirabarami ( Thai: อำเภอ วชิร บารมี ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the northwestern province of Phichit. The Phichit Province is located in the southern part of the northern region of Thailand.
Geography
Neighboring districts are (from north clockwise): Amphoe Bang Rakam the province of Phitsanulok, Sam Ngam of Phichit Province, as well as Sai Ngam and Lan Krabue the province of Kamphaeng Phet.
History
Wachirabarami was founded on 21 October 1998, consisting of four Tambon, which were cleaved from the District Sam Ngam.
Management
The circle is divided into four subdistricts (tambon ), which are further subdivided into 50 villages ( Muban ).
There are also four " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations) in the district.
