Wahnwegen
Wahnwegen is a municipality in the district of Kusel, in Rhineland -Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Glan- Münchweiler.
Geography
The village lies at the foot of the 437 meter high chicken head in Saubeertal in the Western Palatinate. In the northeast is Hüffler, in the east Quirnbach, southwest Herschweiler- Pettersheim and northwest is Konken.
History
First records of the town was in 1477.

The local council in Wahnwegen consists of twelve council members, who were elected at the municipal election held on 7 June 2009 by majority vote, and the honorary mayor as chairman.

The coat of arms is based on a seal from in 1747.
