Waimea River (Tasman)

The Waimea River is only about 6 km long river in the north of the South Island of New Zealand. It is formed by the confluence of the Wairoa River and the Wai -iti River about 3 km north of Brightwater. It flows north-west of Richmond against Rabbit Iceland in the Tasman Bay.
