Waka / Jawaka is a jazz-rock album by Frank Zappa from the year 1972.

Genesis

The album was after the disastrous European tour, first worked out in the whole area of the band in Montreux in flames and Zappa had been thrust on December 10, 1971 at a concert at London's Rainbow Theatre concert by a visitor to the orchestra pit. It Zappa was so badly injured that he had to spend nine months in a wheelchair.
