Wakool Shire

Wakool is located on the southwest border of the State of Victoria to the north of the Murray River about 630 km west of the Australian capital Canberra, 375 km north of Melbourne and 580 kilometers east of Adelaide. The area includes 54 districts and towns, including Burraboi, Cobramunga, Cunninyeuk, Dhuragoon, Dilpurra, Gonn, Good Night, Jimaringle, Keri Keri, Koraleigh, Mallan, Mellool, Moolpa, Nacurrie, Niemur, Noorong, Perekerten, Stony Crossing, Tooleybuc, Tooranie, Tueloga, Tullakool, Wakool, Wetuppa and Yanga and parts of Kyalite and Moulamein. The seat of the Shire Council is located in the village of Moulamein in the center of the LGA, where about 350 inhabitants.

Management
