Wallace Arthur

Wallace Arthur ( born March 30, 1952 in Belfast) is a specialist in evolutionary developmental biology zoologist. He was professor of evolutionary biology at the University of Sunderland English, but is now a professor of zoology and director of the Zoological Institute of the National University of Ireland, Galway. He is one of the editors of the journal Evolution and Development and has authored several books on evolution, including one on the origin of the structure of the animal body.
