Walter Ferreri

Walter Ferreri (* 1948 in Buddusò ) is an Italian astronomer.

He now works at the Osservatorio Astronomico di Torino and is a member in the departments ' Division III Commission 20 Positions & Motions of Minor Planets, Comets & Satellites "and" Division III Planetary Systems Sciences "of the IAU. He is also the discoverer of asteroids Silvanominuto and 1984 HE1.

The asteroid ( 3308 ) Ferreri was named in honor him for his services to astronomy.
