Walter Kelsch

Walter Kelsch ( born September 3, 1955 in Stuttgart ) is a former German football player.

The striker began his career with TSV Jahn Büsnau. His breakthrough, however, he reached with the Stuttgarter Kickers and VfB Stuttgart, he matured into a national player ( four matches, three goals).

The specialty of the skilled graphic designer were headed goals.

Overall, Walter Kelsch played 246 Bundesliga games and scored 54 goals. In France, he played 78 games for Strasbourg and scored 20 goals.

Kelsch was on 6 March 2007 to 30 June 2008, member of the Presidium of the Stuttgart Kickers and responsible for the professional players, amateur & youth department.
