Walter Meyer

Walter Meyer ( born 14 September 1904 in Tangermünde, † December 5, 1949 in Special Camp No. 2 Buchenwald; Walther Meyer ) was a German rower, the 1932 Olympic champion in the four with coxswain.

Meyer came from the Tangermünder industrialist Meyer family ( family), which created the chocolate Feodora.

Rowing learned Meyer rowing club " Werder " in Magdeburg.
