Walther Risse

Walter Ernst cracks ( born December 13, 1892 in Geithain, Saxony, † June 25, 1965 in Hamburg ) was a German officer, last Lieutenant General during World War II.

Life

Cracks served as a one-year volunteer in the Navy during World War II. In 1918 he was discharged from the Navy and joined the police force in 1920. Since 1938 served cracks in the Wehrmacht. During World War II he led, among other things, as commander of the 225th Infantry Division.
