Wang Sanyun

Sanyun Wang (Chinese王 三 运/王 三 运; * 1952 in Shan, Shandong Province) is a politician in the People's Republic of China. He is since 2011 leader of the Gansu province.

Wang joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1979. At the party school he earned his PhD.

According to a variety of party activities in the provinces of Guizhou, Sichuan and Fujian, he was in 2007, initially for one year business leader, was appointed as Governor of Anhui Province and held this office until 2011. He then took over in 2011 the office of party leaders in the province of Gansu.

He was and is an alternate member of the 16th and 17th Party Congress and the candidate of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In addition, since 2008 he is a Member of the National People's Congress.
