Wang Xiuting

Wang Xiuting (Chinese王 秀婷, Pinyin Wáng Xiuting; born May 11, 1965 in Shandong Province ) is a retired Chinese long-distance runner.

In 1986, she won gold at the Asian Games in Seoul over 10,000 m. The following year she was over the same distance at the IAAF World Championships in Rome Eighth, while she retired about 3000 m in the flow.

At the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, she was seventh in the 10,000 m and failed over 3000 m in the first round.

Also she won the 10,000 m at the Asian Games in Beijing and silver at the 1991 World Championships in Tokyo bronze. In the same year she won the Okayama - half marathon in the country record time.

In 1992, she was fifth at the Osaka Women's Marathon and sixth at the Olympic Games in Barcelona over 10,000 m, and 1993 she won the silver medal in the 10,000 m at the East Asian Games and was second in the Beijing Marathon.

In 1987 she won at the Chinese National Games in the 5000m and 10,000 m, and in 1989 she was Chinese champion in 3000 m. On the train she set a national record over 3000 m, 5000 m over two and three in the 10,000 m.

Wang Xiuting is 1,64 m tall and weighed to their active time is 48 kg.
