Warabi, Saitama

Warabi (Japanese蕨 市, -shi ) is a city in Saitama Prefecture, located on the northern edge of the Japanese capital Tokyo.

Warabi hosted the Japanese Wushu Championships and is one of the few Japanese cities with a long tradition of wushu.

History

Warabi was established on 1 April 1959.
