Warbringer

Warbringer is an American thrash metal band from Ventura, California.

Band History

The band was initially founded in 2004 under the name of Onslaught when the band members played in the garage of guitarist John Laux covers of Manowar. A short time later, the band had to rename because there is already a well-known British band under that name. Warbringer are with Century Media Records. The band plays his own words " Old School Thrash Metal", moves stylistically strong in Thrash Metal of the 1980s. She was musically influenced mainly by bands like Slayer, Exodus and Metallica. Your published on 22 February 2008 debut album, War Without End came in the metal scene on good reviews.

Warbringer have played host to the opening act of Exodus and Nile. After the tour in the spring of 2008 with Napalm Death and Suffocation by bassist Andy Laux Europe was, as the student was unable to attend the tour, finally replaced by his alternate Ben Benett. It was also drummer Ryan Bates, who left the band at his own request, replaced by Nic Knight. On 21 August 2009 the original bassist Andy Laux returned to the band.

2014 Warbringer will perform as the opening act for Iced Earth on their European tour.
