Warnie Kępy

Warnie Kępy [' varɲɛ ' kɛmpɨ ] ( German: Warnitz Meadows or Warnitzwiesen ) is an island in the delta of the back of Swine in Poland.

The island is located between the Stara Świna ( Old Swine ) and the Wicko Wielkie ( Vietziger Great Lake ). In the north it is separated by the watercourse Kacza ( Big Beer lots) from the island Wydrza Kępa (trust 's meadow) and by the Leisnitz of the island Koński Smug (stallion Meadow ), to the east by the watercourse Byczy Row ( four- ox - hole ) from the islands Gęsia Kępa ( Behrens -Holm ) and Wołcza Kępa ( Wulwenkämpe ).

The island is uninhabited and is because of its many species specific protection offered nature (especially birds breeding areas ) under protection.
