Warren Nunatak is a nunatak in the West Antarctic Heritage Range. It is located on the eastern side of Nimbus Hills, about 4 nautical miles ( about 7.4 km) east of Mount Capley.

Warren Nunatak was mapped by the United States Geological Survey as part of the compilation of Ellsworthgebirges in the years 1961-66 by site surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy. He was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names Arthur D. Warren, who as auroral researchers worked on the American Ellsworth Station in 1958.
