Water balloon

A water bomb (including water balloon) is a water-filled shell of paper or rubber, such as a balloon, which is used as children's toys and novelty jokes. It bursts on impact, but, apart from the wetting of the person taken harmless if the pressure of the water is evenly distributed and not, for example, electrical devices to be made.
