The Town of Waterloo is one of 33 Towns in Grant County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. In 2010, the Town of Waterloo 550 inhabitants.

Geography
The Town of Waterloo is located in southwestern Wisconsin, on the east bank of the Mississippi River, which forms the border with Iowa. The border with Illinois is located approximately 40 km south.

Traffic
