Waxy (band)

Waxy is an American stoner rock band from California.

History

Founded in 2004, Robert Owen (vocals, guitar), Fred Kore (drums) and Charles Pasarell ( bass), the band Waxy. The trio was with Brett Stadler, who is responsible for the light lyrics, a quartet. Fred Kore was later replaced by Sean Landerra and Charles Pasarell by Owen Street. In 2005 they released their self-titled debut album. Followed in 2007 by the successor Chainsaw Holiday, in which Alfredo Hernández, Jesse Hughes and John Garcia involved. 2011 was the opening act for Waxy Kyuss Lives! on their European tour.
