In 1989, peace reigns on earth. A scandal on the moon shifts the relationship between the U.S. and the USSR moved. The Soviets complain that the Wetternauten to have molested by the American Moon Weather Station Soviet citizen Anoushka, who works in the Soviet station. In the end, both pairs try to overtake each other to get the first moon child.
