Wayne Boyd

Wayne Boyd (born 25 October 1990) is a British racing driver.

Career

Boyd began his motorsport career in karting. In 2007 he moved to Formula racing and immediately won the championship of the Northern Ireland Formula Ford 2008 launched the Briton in the British Formula Ford and showed with 13 wins from 25 races a dominant power with which he ruled the championship titles. He also appeared in two races in the British Formula Renault, which he finished in eleventh place overall at. 2009 Boyd moved to T-Sport in the British Formula 3 Championship. While his teammate Adriano Buzaid scored the sixth overall, he finished with a victory on the 12th place in the championship. 2010 Boyd received no cockpit for a full season in a championship. He eventually competed in a race weekend of the 2010 season of British Formula 3 and the Formula 3 Masters. On both weekends, he received a cockpit with Sino Vision Racing.
