Weasels Ripped My Flesh is a music album by the Mothers of Invention.

The album was released in 1970 on Bizarre Records and is, like the previous album, Burnt Weeny Sandwich, from recordings from the previous years. At the time of publication Zappa had the occupation of the Mothers of Invention almost completely replaced. The album is a collection of symphonic and avant-garde pieces that are rounded with several blues and rock singles. The pieces are partially acoustic experiments, the title The Eric Dolphy Memorial berbecue is "close to the hardcore jazz ".

The LP was released on 10 September 1970 in the USA on Bizarre Records, it was distributed by Reprise Records worldwide. It reached the Billboard charts Place 189

In Germany, the album was also released in Burnt Weeny Sandwich combination with a double album. After the album was long out of print, it was reissued on November 4, 1986 in the series The Old Masters of Barking Pumpkin Records. In 1990, the album was released on CD on the labels Rykodisc (USA), Zappa Records (Europe) and Vack ( Asia). A new edition with restored cover took place in 1995 on Rykodisc.

Music critic Mike Fish Weasels Ripped My Flesh sees " no more than the scrap and the loose ends of Zappa's work bench in the previous three years."
