Weir Group

The Weir Group is a British pump manufacturer from Glasgow. She goes to the G. & J. Weir Ltd.. back. The company quickly became known for its feedwater pumps for steam ships. In 2005, the business with multistage flash evaporators for seawater desalination was sold to Veolia Environnement. Nowadays, mainly pumps are manufactured for the oil industry.
