Weixin County

The circle Weixin (威信 县, Weixin Xiàn ) is a district of Zhaotong prefecture-level city in the northeast of China's Yunnan province on the border with the province of Guizhou. Its main town is the large village Zhaxi (扎西 镇). The circle Weixin has an area of 1,416 km ² and has about 390,000 inhabitants ( 2004).
