Weiz District

The political district of Weiz is an administrative district of the Austrian province of Styria. It is bordered to the west and north- west by the districts of Graz-Umgebung and Bruck- Miirzzuschlag, to the south by the South-Eastern Styria, on the north by the district of Bruck - Miirzzuschlag, on the east by the district of Hartberg - Fürstenfeld and forms the north- east the Styrian border against the Lower Austrian the district of Neunkirchen.

Administrative divisions

The district Weiz is divided into 54 municipalities, including two cities and eight market towns. The total area is 1070.48 km ², in the list, the number of inhabitants on 1 January 2013.
