Wenchang

Wenchang ( Chinese:文昌 市; Pinyin: Wenchang Shì ) is a city of China's Hainan Province. It is a right of the provincial government assumed independent city. In 1999, she counted 529 948 inhabitants. Is the Baikonur Wenchang, the southernmost of the Chinese space ports on their territory.
