Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages

The private Ursulinische Wenzao University of Foreign Languages ​​(Chinese文藻 外语 大学, Pinyin Wénzǎo Wàiyǔ Daxue, English:. History

The university was established in 1966 under the name Wenzao College (Chinese文藻 外语 学院Wenzao Waiyu Xueyuan ) founded by the Sisters of the Catholic Ursuline Order in the southern Taiwanese city of Kaohsiung to train young people with good language skills, and after the first Chinese bishop Luo Wenzao (1616-1691) named. Campus

The architecture of the building of the university consists of a mixture of traditional Chinese and modern elements. The two oldest buildings, the Zhengqi building and the Lourdes Building, are three stories and lean on in their design to the traditional Chinese style.
