Wereldhave N.V. is a Dutch, publicly traded corporation that invests primarily in commercial real estate, such as shopping centers and office buildings. The headquarters are in The Hague ( Nassaulaan 23).

In addition to the Netherlands and Belgium, they invested in France, Great Britain, Spain, Finland and the USA., Mostly in shopping centers, in France ( Paris ) and Spain ( Madrid) in office buildings and in the U.S. ( eg Washington DC, Texas, San Diego ) in office buildings and residential residences. 2011 was the geographical distribution of investments around 20 % in the Netherlands, around 24 % in the U.S., around 16 % in Finland, 14% in Belgium, 14.6 % in the UK, 6.7 % in France and 4.7 % in Spain.
