Werner Thomas

Werner Thomas (c. 1931) is a Swiss composer.

He became famous through the composition of Vogerltanzes ( in Germany known as funky chicken ) which was already completed in 1957, but appeared only in 1973 on vinyl. Since then, this has been sold in 370 versions in 42 countries, more than 40 million times.
