Wesley Strick
Wesley Strick ( born February 11, 1954 in New York City ) in is an American screenwriter.
Life and work
Prior to his career in film Wesley Strick graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. Subsequently he worked as a music critic.
His debut as a screenwriter he gave in 1989 for the film drama True Believer. A year later he was involved in the screenplay for the horror film Arachnophobia. In 1991 he collaborated with director Martin Scorsese and there was Cape Fear.
In 1995, Wesley Strick made his debut as a director. He directed the thriller Bloodline with Daryl Hannah and Keith Carradine in the lead roles. In 2001 he turned Hitched with a second film as a director, it has been produced directly for television.
Also in 1995 knitting for the screenplay for the horror film Wolf was - The animal in man won a Saturn Award. Already for Arachnophobia he had received a nomination.
