West Suffolk

West Suffolk is an area in the English county of Suffolk, the 1888-1974 even had the status of an administrative county.

As of 1888, administrative counties were introduced, the traditional county of Suffolk was divided into two separate areas, West Suffolk and East Suffolk. However, this was reversed with the municipal reform in 1974.

The administrative headquarters was located in Bury Saint Edmunds.
