Wheel chock

As scotches is called on the railroad a device provided with the parked rail vehicles, eg for loading or unloading freight cars, can be secured against accidental elopement. An older form of Radvorlegers are two connected with an iron bar chocks (so-called double scotches ) that are placed on both rails.
