Wheelchair lift

Denotes a cassette lift for passenger transport vehicles mounted on the door opening below the lifting platform, which is mounted in a cassette-like housing beneath the floor of the vehicle or within the vehicle chassis.

This device is used to lift persons with wheelchair from the road surface to the height of the inside the vehicle floor, and then allow them the access to the car interior.
