White Tiger (Band)

White Tiger was an American glam metal band of the 1980s, which in 1986 released her first album with the same title.

The band was formed in 1985 after a rock singer David Donato a short stint with the heavy metal band Black Sabbath enjoyed, for which he came as a singer in question. Tony Iommi but decided for the former Deep Purple musician Glenn Hughes.

Except David Donato ( Voc. ), the band still consisted of the former Kiss guitarist Mark St. John and his brother Michael Norton on bass, was at times also guitar roadie for Kiss. Drummer was the previously unknown drummer Brian James Fox, who later played in the band Silent Rage.

The band earned moderate success with the release of their first album in 1986. Only in 1999 was the release of another album, on the older, or up previously unreleased songs can be found.

Guitarist Mark St. John, who was often also prevents his Kiss times through his suffering from the disease Reiter's Disease in musical actions, died unexpectedly on 5 April 2007 from a stroke.
