Whitney Port

Whitney Eve Port ( born March 4, 1985 in Los Angeles, California) is an American reality TV Actress, fashion designer and model. She became famous by the MTV series The Hills and The City.

Life and career

Port was born in Los Angeles and grew up there. She is the daughter of Jeffery and Vicki Lyn Port. She has one older and two younger sisters and a younger brother. Her father owns a fashion line called Swarm. Port comes from a Jewish family. They first visited the Warner Avenue Elementary School and later the Crossroads School for Arts and Sciences. In 2007 she graduated from the University of Southern California.

2006 Port was hired as one of the four leading ladies of MTV's reality television series The Hills alongside Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge and Heidi Montag. During the first two seasons of the show, she gained experience as a model. She ran among others at a DKNY fashion show at the Los Angeles Fashion Week. In addition, she appeared on the magazine covers of Teen Vogue, Rolling Stone, Seventeen and Cosmopolitan. 2006 Port began together with Lauren Conrad to work for Teen Vogue.
