Who Are You is a music album by British rock band The Who.
The album was released by Polydor in August 1978. It was produced by Glyn Johns and Jon Astley. Also on this album experimented Townshend with new sounds and synthesizers. On the album cover, the band can be seen. Keith Moon is seated on a chair, on which the words Not to be taken away, mutatis mutandis not take away or not meant to be taken up from us, must be read. A short time later he dies of an overdose, it is the last album by the group in the original line.
In addition to the typical cast is on the Andy Fairweather -Low album, former frontman of Amen Corner, to listen as a background singer. Rod Argent was involved in three pieces. He played synthesizer at Had Enough, piano with Who Are You and keyboards at Guitar and Pen The arrangements for string instrument came from Ted Astley.
All songs were written by Pete Townshend unless otherwise stated.
A shortened version of the song Who Are You serves as the title track of the television series CSI: Vegas.
