The Wideybach is the southwestern source river of Westerplatte in North Rhine -Westphalia, Germany.

Course

The creek rises in the Arnsberg Forest Nature Park just a few miles north of Meschede- Evers on Niekopf mountain (551 m above sea level. NN ). Only a few hundred meters southeast of the pinnacle is the source of Wideybachs in about 540 m altitude. Above and to the southeast of the source Moosbruch is a high moor on the northwest slope of the highest point ( 580.9 m above sea level. NN ) Warsteiner city. Initially it flows a little to the west, to then turn in a long curve to the right and along the B 55 to the northeast. Passing the Warsteiner brewery fluent he joins just south of Warstein with the Long Bach to Westerplatte.
