Wiesmann

The Wiesmann GmbH was founded in 1988 by brothers Friedhelm and Martin Wiesmann in Westphalia and produced initially hardtops for convertibles.

History

The parents of the company's founders had in Dülmen a car dealership, which will be continued by the third brother Bernd Wiesmann. The idea to build a classic roadster with the image quality German work was in 1993 the first Wiesmann Roadster arise. The car was given the model name "MF", which stands for the initials of the first names of the company founders. The number behind it sheds light on the engine variant.

In October 2007, previously based in Dülmen on Telgenkamp company moved completely to their newly built facility in Dülmen, a glass car factory. Models

MF30 Roadster

The MF30 is the first Wiesmann model series and one of the classic roadsters, thus is an open two-seater with folding roof. It is no longer produced in this engine variant, as demand was focused on the new MF3.

Roadster MF3

The MF3 has the same chassis as the MF30 and its development with a larger and more powerful engine variant.
