Technical News

[ Hosting ] - The servers in Amsterdam come in a new data center. In the old data center are about 40 servers that answer the page views from Europe. According to an unconfirmed source Kennisnet has ended his support for this cluster. Since May 2005 Kennisnet had paid all expenses for the cluster in Amsterdam.

- If a non-existent page is requested (except "Edit page " pages ), the server returns the code number 404 ( page not found) instead of 202 ( OK) back. This is intended for automated programs such as web crawlers, so that they can see that the page does not exist (anymore). For normal users nothing changes.
