Wilberforce University
Wilberforce University is a private cultural studies University in Wilberforce (Ohio ), which is the African Methodist Episcopal Church connected.
The institution, founded in 1856 is one of the oldest historic African-American universities in the United States. It is named after William Wilberforce, a British politician of the 18th century, who spoke out against the slave trade.
