Wildlife of Antarctica

Archinotis as one of the five Faunenreiche referred to in the animal geography. It comprises the mainland of Antarctica, the South-West of South America ( that is, the Chilean Patagonia ), Tierra del Fuego, the Kerguelen Islands and the southwest of the South Island of New Zealand.

The flora on the same area is called as the southern continent Antarctica. Occurring animals in the Archinotis are stoneflies, land snails and many others.
