Wilga (river)

The Wilga is a right tributary of the Vistula in Poland and to distinguish it from the eponymous river in Lesser Poland, which opens in Krakow in the Retmanski bridge turn left into the Vistula. It rises at Kasyldów in Wysoczyzna Źelechowska in the Lublin Voivodeship, soon reached the Mazowieckie region and flows in a westerly direction over Garwolin to the mouth of the Vistula River in the municipality of Wilga. The length of the run is 67 km. The catchment area is given as 569 km ².
