Wilhelm Neef
Wilhelm Neef ( born January 28, 1916 in Cologne, † 20 March 1990 in Potsdam ) was a German film composer who arranged many compositions for DEFA. In addition, he wrote as a former conductor some symphonies and concerts, as well as an important treatise on Chansons: The Chanson - A monograph.
