Will E. Neal

William Elmer Neal (* October 14, 1875 in Proctorville, Ohio; † November 12, 1959 in Huntington, West Virginia ) was an American politician. Between 1953 and 1955, and again from 1957 to 1959, he represented the fourth electoral district of the state of West Virginia in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Career

Will Neal attended the public schools of his home. In 1894 he graduated from the High School Proctorville. After that, he taught for six years at schools in Ohio and Kentucky. He then studied at the National Normal University in Lebanon, which he completed in 1900. After studying medicine at the University of Cincinnati and its made ​​in 1906 medical license Neal began to practice in his new career in 1907 in Huntington. There Neal began a political career.
